As I remember my 1974 Corvette Sting Ray came with GR 70x15 Raised White Letter Tires steel belted radials. Was the tire manufacturer Good Year or Firestone?

Larry: GM as with most major manufacturer likes to keep their options open with suppliers. The mix of Goodyear and Firestone was about 45% to 55% respectively. Two versions were optional in 1974, thin stripe, white wall and raised white letter. Hope that helps!
