I'd like to suggest Autobody Dimensions in Gaithersburg, Maryland. They've done paint work on my 1992 C4 Corvette and will be repainting my front bumper next week. I've been very satisfied and the prices seem reasonable. They are also across the street from Tony's Corvette, which does excellent mechanical work on all generations of Corvettes.
