Need a Recommendation for 327 Engine Rebuild Southern Cal

I have a 65 327/350 Factory A/C convertible. Had it for 29 YEARS. A gorgeous show winner. I had the engine rebuilt about 3-4 years ago, and it has run awful ever since. The shop put in a roller-rocker cam in place of the stock cam. From the day I picked it up, it has run hot. There was so little vacuum, I had to install an idle solenoid for the A/C. If I had power brakes, they probably would not work. It smokes out one pipe as it warms up. And it stinks like hell all the time. People behind me driving around town yell at me as they pass that my car is gassing them. My neighbors can smell the car as it passes. It's worse than when I brought it in. I would like to have it done right. So am looking for a rebuilder in Southern Cal who knows Corvette engines. Can anyone provide suggestions?
