I have a 2003 Z06 with about 16,000 miles on it. When I drive it about 100 miles I get a leakage at the differential that appears to be a blow out from the vent. Why? Why now and not before? Thanks

If it's from the vent, it's normal. Will happen sometimes if you drive with "spirit" or if it's overfilled. Otherwise it's probably the left side seal. Common on C5's, especially the earlier years.

I have been advised by a restorer of Vettes that the seals can dry out and cause problems if the cars are driven sparingly
