My 89 Corvette's steering wheel is worn and the horn does not work.
First, how does one remove the horn button?
Second, I know I will need a wheel puller but what else?

I removed one in my 88 several years ago, just needed a wheel puller, I am trying to remember if the horn button turned to come off or just had clips holding it on
