2008 Z51 with 24000 miles won't pass inspection at local Chevy dealer. Have downpayment and insurance was ready to take delivery last week but dealer can't find anything wrong with this prestine vette. Dealer at loss why it can't pass. Thinking I may buy a base vette with less miles. Any thoughts what could be wrong please?
