Odd question, but my 96 has the same HD brake option (j55 I believe) and nothing on the original sticker. Talked to the previous two owners and they said they did not add the option after purchasing the vehicle. Maybe the line ran out of the standard rotors and calipers?

The J55 brake package was installed on all Corvette models starting in 1995.
