I have 2001 C5 The low beams went out on the way to work then came back on for a few minutes. They went out again and have not come back on. Brights are fine as are driving lights. Any suggestions?

I had the same problem with my 2002 as long as I was asking the computer to turn the lights on automatically. By turning that feature off, and turning the lights on and off manually via the steering column stalk, I've had no further problems. My guess is that the light sensor on top of the dash intermittently failed or that the computer developed a glitch. At 112,500 miles, I'm not surprised by either.
